If you have read any of my dog-friendly restaurant posts prior to this one, you are aware that I am a brewery/beer connoisseur and all of the ones i'm posting here follow suit. I have just found that these are the places with the best atmospheres and the most friendly, dog-loving people.
Here are the top dog-friendly restaurants I have been to so far in Belgrano complete with the HAPPY HOUR INFORMATION!!

So far Belgrano has been full of dog-friendly restaurants/cervecerías in CABA. I have only been here a week and have been to several that allow dogs not only outside, but inside as well, and I have barely scratched the surface!
Galpon El Galpón de Tacuara Belgrano
Location: Av. Juramento 2781, C1428 CABA
Hours: Sun 18:00-02:00, Mon-Thu 12:00-02:00, Fri-Sat 12:00-04:00
Happy hour: 17:00-20:00, 2x1 - $3,400-$3,800ARS
They have A/C upstairs and downstairs

Very large brewery, the staff is really friendly and offered my pup water. This is a seat yourself place and you go up to the counter/register to order and pay, but they bring you your food to the table. I recommend the burgers, especially the Japo (teriyaki and wasabi mayo) very flavorful for Argentina, and the fries are excellent! I would steer clear of the salads and the shawarma though. The beers are cold and delicious and are expensive by Argentina standards, but when you are there for the 2x1 happy hour special it is worth it!
Borneo Cervecería CABA
Location: Av. del Libertador 6168, C1428 Ciudad Autónoma de Bueno Aires, Buenos Aires
Hours: Sun 18:00-01:00, Mon – Thu 11:30-01:00, Fri 11:30-02:00, Sat 18:00-02:00
Happy hour: 18:00-20:00, 2x1 - $2,500ARS

This is a large upscale modern place. The staff is super friendly and offered water for my pup! There is a large concrete seating area in the front that is the dog friendly area, however when we were there it was rented out, so we were able to just sit at a table inside. There is a decent beer list and food menu – the beers were cold and refreshing, but I currently can’t speak to the food. I’m going to remedy that situation and update when I do!
Hormiga Negra
Location: Amenábar 2363, C1428 CQK, Buenos Aires
Hours: Sun-Wed 17:00-01:00, Thu 17:00-01:30, Fri-Sat 17:00-02:30
Happy hour: They have a 2x1 happy hour but you cannot “share” if there are two people. Each person has to get their own 2x1 and drink 2 beers/drinks.
Dogs are only allowed on the front or back patio (note – you have to walk your dog through the restaurant to get to the back patio)

This place was great! A little pricier than a few of the other places, but the staff was really great and the Mexican burger was different but very tasty! The beers were cold and refreshing. Our first visit we sat on the front patio and there were a couple pigeons trying to get inside the building, so the staff kept having to chase them out and close the doors. There was this one pigeon who had no sense of safety or real fear of people. He just hung out around us waiting for food – he had clearly been tossed some snacks there before. One of the staff members came out with gloves on and picked the bird up and carted it down the sidewalk and let him go….. only for him to return 10 minutes later. The second time she escorted him away he didn’t come back. The whole thing was honestly hilarious. But don’t let the pigeon scare you away this place is worth checking out.

The staff is super friendly here! So far they have had the best happy hour I have experienced. Our initial visit here we asked about a 2x1 special or what their happy hour deals were and one of the waitresses said that one deal was better than the other and we ended up spending $3.51USD on 4 beers! WHAT?! We did have one person swing by and ask us for money on the first level due to it basically being open to the sidewalks and people, but dogs are allowed all throughout the restaurant so we moved upstairs and no longer had any issues with beggars and they also have A/C upstairs for the hotter days! I am torn about this place because I love everything about it, the atmosphere, the people, the lengthy menu, the prices BUT the beers were not really super cold or my favorite and the only food we tried was the falafel bites and they weren’t bad, but not the best either. However, I would still recommend people to try this place out because maybe these beers will suit someone else’s tastebuds!
Cervelar

The staff is friendly, the beers were cold, and the cheap 2x1 happy hour burgers that were recommended to us were not anything to write home about, I would compare them to your average fast food burger. However, this is one of the places that showed it was open at 17:00 on google maps, but when we went to inquire about dogs they told us they weren’t open yet.. so we came back later. Update: we went back last night 08Feb2023 had the nachos, which were super simple, but wouldn't order them again and a milanesa sandwich. I would recommend the sandwich. The stout was the best beer, cold and super dark. However, I want to make a note that this place is one of the more expensive places for beers and food, even with happy hour prices.
